Our core business is the design and inspection of building services engineering systems.

These are the systems that allow any building to function correctly and range from heating to air-conditioning, lighting to electrical power distribution, intruder detection to access control and fire detection to fire suppression.

Basically, building services systems cover all the energy consuming systems within a building and those systems that provide building/life protection and telecommunication and data communications.

Not only do we design our systems to be in compliance with current Building Regulations, as members of CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants we aim to provide systems that exceed the requirements of current regulation in relation to energy consumption and carbon emissions.
